All Heartbilt Homes Inc., materials are to be of the kind and
quality specified and free from defects. Heartbilt Homes
Inc., "no surprise Warranty" guarantees that all parts
and pieces of each package or option package will be as previously
agreed. Heartbilt Homes Inc., guarantees replacement of
any material that is missing or defective on receipt of shipment,
at no charge to you. A physical inventory stating shortages
or defects must be made, in writing, within 10 days of receipt.
(Theft or pilferage do not apply under the terms of this warranty.)
Heartbilt Homes Inc.,
warrants a structural defects caused by materials furnished by
Heartbilt Homes Inc., for one (1) year, window components for
TEN (10) years roofing materials for TWENTY-FIVE (25) years, and
log components for THIRTY (30) years. This Warranty is only
valid if building materials are installed following the manufacture's
directions and in a professional workmanlike manner. The
log components warranty must retain written records on file with
Heartbilt Homes Inc., on THREE year basis.
Heartbilt Homes Inc.,
furnishes a premium quality wood preservative produced by SIKKENS
in log the log package. Improper application or use of nay
other product voids all log component warranty. All the above
warranties are for material only, no labor or replacement costs
are included. All documents, records or claims shall be
submitted to Heartbilt Homes Inc., 941 E. North Ave., Stockton,
IL 61085. This warranty good only to original purchaser
and cannot be transferred. Warranty void where prohibited
